The Shadow Wood Charitable Foundation Live Auction

We will be auctioning wonderful items, that can be bid on at the event or on behalf of you and others as a “shared bid”.  Since these are great options to donate to the Foundation, we have prepared the preliminary list below to give you a chance to review the possibilities and plan your bidding approach. 

If you cannot attend but would like to participate, you can place a pre-bid, and/or a maximum bid on an item by emailing timmeldh@aol.com. Once received, your bid will be confirmed.  However, please be aware, that bids may be exceeded at the live auction.  All items will be sold to the highest bidder.   If you have any questions, please contact Doug Timmel at timmeldh@aol.com.

 REGISTRATION DETAILS

When registering, please note a charitable letter/receipt will only be provided to the holder of the credit card used to register. Please list ALL players you wish to include in your group even if payment for others is to be remitted under a separate registration. Those who register as a twosome or one player will be paired with other players having the same tee preference.

YOUR IMPACT

Your financial support allows the Foundation to help ten wonderful local charities that annually serve over 30,000 needy people in our community, as well as the Shadow Wood Charitable Foundation scholarship program.

The scholarship program provides financial assistance to employees, and children of employees of Shadow Wood Country Club and Shadow Wood Community Association in addition to offering trade scholarships for deserving students at our local high schools.
